3 / How long does the coaching program last, and what is the frequency of the coaching sessions?
This is an 8 week coaching program. There will be weekly live lessons that will be recorded so students can watch and learn at their convenience.

Each week students can expect 1:1 support calls from the coach as well as support from other members of the coaching program on weekly group calls.
4 / Can the coaching program be customized to address the specific needs and challenges of my salon or team?
While the weekly lessons are designed to be applicable to everyone, Dominique understands that every salon owner's situation is nuanced. This program combines weekly lessons with 1:1 support calls that will be tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of each salon owner. In addition to the 1:1 support from Dominique, salon owners will also have the opportunity to learn from and support each other on the weekly group calls.
5 / What is the cost of the coaching program, and are there any payment plans or options available?
The investment for this coaching program is $3,500. Payment plans through PayPal are available.
6 / How will the coaching sessions be conducted? Is it in-person, virtual, or a combination of both?
Everything in this program will be conducted virtually.
7 / Are there any specific prerequisites or requirements for joining the salon leadership coaching program?
The only prerequisites are an open mind and a willingness to put the lessons into action.

Yes! No matter where you are on your salon ownership journey - this program is for you.

No refunds will be given for this program.
10 / Why did i receive a pdf ticket when i registered?
The ticket simply services as confirmation of your investment in the Level Up Your Leadership coaching program. You don't need to do anything with it.
11 / What day and time will the weekly group calls be held?
The day and time for the weekly group calls will be decided once the registration period has ended. Dominique will choose a day/time that works best for everyone in the group. Joining the group calls is highly recommended, but it's okay if for some reason you're unable to make one of the group calls.
12 / What Happens after I register?
Shortly after you register, you can expect to receive and email from Dominique with more information and next steps which will include filling out a pre-program survey as well as scheduling your first 1:1.
